TechServe Hub is a compact, fully branded kiosk placed inside supermarkets, malls, and busy commercial spaces across Zimbabwe. Customers drop off a cracked phone screen on the way in — and pick it up fixed on the way out.
Every kiosk is powered by Munashe Tech's booking platform — customers scan a QR code, book a slot, track their repair live, and pay via EcoCash, OneMoney, or card.
As a franchisee, you own and operate the kiosk. Munashe Tech provides the brand, systems, training, spare parts supply chain, and ongoing technical backup.

Common Questions
Do I need a technical background?
Not necessarily. Basic smartphone familiarity helps, but our 5-day training covers all the repair procedures you'll perform at the kiosk level. Complex jobs are referred to Munashe Tech — you earn a referral fee.
Where can I place a kiosk?
Malls, supermarkets (TM Pick n Pay, OK, Bon Marché), bus terminals, universities, and corporate parks. We advise on the best locations based on foot traffic data.
What payment methods do customers use?
Your kiosk accepts EcoCash, OneMoney, VISA, Mastercard, and USD cash — all major methods Zimbabweans use daily.
Are there ongoing royalty fees?
Year 1 is royalty-free as part of your setup package. From Year 2, a small monthly platform fee covers continued system access, support, and brand licensing.
How quickly can I break even?
Based on our model, a well-placed kiosk doing 5–8 repairs per day plus printing and Wi-Fi can recover the Starter investment in 4–6 months.
Can I own multiple kiosks?
Yes — the Multi-Unit tier is designed for franchisees who want to scale across a city or region, with territory protection included.
