This license agreement governs the use of Munashe Tech software, APIs, and services. Please review carefully.

License Types

Choose the license that best fits your needs

Software License

Proprietary software license for Munashe Tech platform and services

  • Non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software
  • License is granted per user or per organization as specified
  • May not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • May not rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
  • Updates and upgrades provided during active subscription period
  • License automatically terminates upon violation of terms

API License

Terms for using Munashe Tech APIs and developer tools

  • API access subject to rate limits and fair use policies
  • Must comply with API documentation and best practices
  • Do not exceed allocated API call quotas
  • Maintain proper attribution when required
  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue APIs with notice

Enterprise License

Extended rights and support for enterprise customers

  • Custom deployment options and dedicated support
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees uptime
  • Priority access to new features and updates
  • Dedicated account manager and technical support
  • Custom integration assistance and training
  • Volume pricing and flexible licensing terms

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MUNASHE TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Munashe Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the software for your internal business purposes.

Ownership

Munashe Tech and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the software.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
