- •Trademarks, logos, and service marks are property of Munashe Tech
- •We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same
Limitation of Liability
- •Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
- •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
- •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- •You use our services at your own risk
- •Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply
Termination
- •We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations
- •You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
- •Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease
- •We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- •Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
- •No refunds will be provided for partial service periods after termination
Payment Terms
All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Zimbabwe Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall take place in Harare, Zimbabwe, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Munashe Tech regarding our services.
